STEP #1: The manager makes up an order for goods acceptance. He sends this order via mail to the responsible employee who is currently at the construction site.
STEP #2: The employee gets the email containing this order, checks the goods and discovers that some lots of bricks are damaged.
STEP #3: The employee takes photos of the damaged goods and creates a report in his reply email. All he has to do is to press the Report Issues button and add his appropriate comment.
STEP #4: The manager gets this quick reply and can continue without any time loss.
STEP #5: Both the manager and the employee are happy to be using YCA1 add-on as it greatly contributes to their efficiency and productivity.
